Refund policy
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at 2tigersartshop@gmail.com. Please describe your issue and include pictures of the damaged/defected product.
Upon review, we can either replace the item in question or issue a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure the quickest and smoothest exchange, please request a return. Upon acceptance of the return we will issue a full refund and you can choose a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return is received or inspected we will send you a notification email to let you know that we have received your return and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then a refund will be processed and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, generally within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
