Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at 2 Tigers Art Shop and supporting small businesses! By buying from this shop you agree to the terms and conditions as stated below.

In general, most orders are shipped within 2-8 days once the order has been submitted. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once the order has left the warehouse.

USA Shipping Rates:
Economy: 5-8 business days
Standard: 2-5 business days

International Shipping Rates:
Unfortunately due to the current tariff situation we are not offering international orders at this time. But we hope to do so soon in the future!

*Please note: due to the holidays there may be a delay in shipping times, please allow a few extra days for delivery. If you have any concerns, questions, or believe your order is missing contact us right away at 2tigersartshop@gmail.com!

Customer Responsibilities:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their order has the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address and unfortunately will have to charge an additional fee to re-ship any orders.

Please use the tracking and shipment details via your order email to keep track of your order’s progress.
If an order is damaged, not up to expectations, or missing an item, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact 2 Tigers Art Shop in a timely manner. If you do not reach out within the 20-day return window, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate.

Lost or Misplaced Orders:
If your order has been lost or misplaced by the postal services please reach out immediately and we will be happy to replace the item for you.

Mistaken Order or Wrong Item:
If you make an order by mistake, please reach out within the 20-day return window and we will be happy to do an exchange for you.
